Own and produce growth marketing metric dashboards and deliver time-scale cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
Build appealing and easily digestible stories around insights to effectively engage audiences and support the achievement of the growth marketing objectives.
Construct and analyze end-to-end user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
Come up with conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency in digital marketing and increase ROI.
Develop digital and (non-digital is also a plus) funnels to track user behavior/conversion across platforms.
Conduct segmentation analysis for user acquisition and activation e.g Leads Analysis and/or retention journey e.g Cohort Analysis.
Work daily with analytical software including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Optimize, Tableau/PowerBI, and other related analytics tools.
Coordinate across Product/Tech and Marketing to leverage all funnel activities.
Qualification :
Should have at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a start-up company.
Fresh graduates (with data experience) are also welcome.
Strong project management & execution skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment & short deadlines
